is to become our clients back office partner. This service may encompass
after the fact accounting of transactions or real time cash management

services of a professional experienced book keeper and the supervision
and direction of a CPA all in one affordable budgeted cost.

Many small and medium sized
businesses have the need for ongoing financial information and expertise
in making business decisions, budgeting, securing financing, or
implementing systems of controls and operating procedures. Alliance
assists our clients through our principal Steven Dabrowski who is a
Certified Public Accountant and possesses an MBA in Information
Technology and Operations.
Mr. Dabrowski has over 20 years of business
experience and has led a wide variety of financial, technology, and
business improvement projects.

Tax preparation across a wide spectrum of entities is
offered including individuals, closely held businesses, trusts, payroll
and local taxes, and not-for-profits. Alliance uses state of the art
technology and only entrusts CPA’s and experienced professionals to
perform tax preparation.

Alliance partners with Wilson Wealth Services, Inc. who specialize in
wealth care management for individuals, families, and small business.
They are Independent Registered Investment Advisor Representatives
offering a broad array of investment solutions including but not limited
to Employer Sponsored Retirement Plans, Third Party Administration,
Managed Portfolios, Qualified & Non-Qualified Plans, Trust Services,
College Planning, and Financial Planning.
